Sorry for the hold up folks. I’ve been spending the last few weeks winding down the holidays, spending time with family, and working on the administrative side of things.
I am very excited to announce that I am working on a few partnerships so far. Hopefully I can bring these together in the next few weeks and introduce some product reviews and features on superb culinary companies and ranches. I’ll give you a hint, I might soon be happily highlighting some superb pork and beef.
I also have about half a dozen articles that I’m finishing. I’m burning the midnight oil and will be proud to post new articles as soon as I can. I think next up will be an expression of my unhealthy love of sausage titled “Sausage: the culmination of culinary goodness.” It’s just a working title, but we will see.
